We are seeking a Visa Filing Executive with experience in student visa processing, specifically for MBBS admissions abroad. The candidate will be responsible for handling visa applications, documentation, and coordination with students applying to international medical universities.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle visa filing for students applying for MBBS programs abroad (e.g., Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, etc.)
Guide students on visa documentation requirements for different countries
Prepare, review, and verify all visa-related documents (admission letter, invitation letter, financials, medicals, etc.)
Assist students in accurately completing visa application forms
Coordinate with universities, embassies, and visa processing centers
Track visa applications and update students/parents on status




Ensure all applications meet embassy compliance and timelines
Maintain student records and documentation systematically
Stay updated with student visa rules and country-specific requirements
Support students with pre-departure formalities if required

Requirements:
Knowledge of student visa processes (especially MBBS/medical education abroad)
Solid documentation and verification skills
Ability to handle students and parents professionally
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, portals)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
