Job Summary

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with around 1 year of experience for an office-based role in Navsari, Gujarat. The candidate will handle client queries, coordinate with clients and internal teams, provide basic technical support, and assist with day-to-day electrical engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client queries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical information.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries on time.
Follow up on pending client requirements and requests.
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and technical documentation.
Assist with electrical engineering and office-related activities.
Prepare quotations, technical documents, and correspondence when required.
Maintain skilled communication with clients.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Around 1 year of relevant experience.




Basic knowledge of electrical engineering concepts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.
Valuable written and verbal communication.
Ability to understand and respond to client queries.
Comfortable working in an office environment.
Willingness to work from the Navsari office.
