Job Summary

Looking for a Senior SysTrack Administrator with strong hands-on experience in SysTrack administration, endpoint analytics, digital employee experience, automation, and integrations. The role involves supporting enterprise clients, optimizing endpoint performance, and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and optimize SysTrack dashboards, analytics, investigations, alerts, and platform health.
Develop reports, metrics, and root-cause analysis to identify endpoint and employee experience issues.
Support automation, remediation workflows, and self-service initiatives.
Manage integrations with ITSM, CMDB, identity, endpoint management, and virtual agent tools.
Analyze endpoint telemetry and provide actionable insights to technical and business stakeholders.
Support governance, continuous improvement, workshops, training, and knowledge transfer.




Maintain platform documentation, quality controls, and operational reporting.

Must-Have Skills
8–12 years of experience in Endpoint Management, Digital Workplace, IT Operations, or Service Management.
Strong hands-on experience with SysTrack or similar Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms.
Robust knowledge of SysTrack dashboards, analytics, investigations, endpoint telemetry, and experience metrics.
Working knowledge of PowerShell or similar scripting.
Experience with ITSM/CMDB integrations.
Robust troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Positive to Have
SysTrack certification or equivalent.
Experience with SysTrack automation, remote remediation, and self-service.
Knowledge of ServiceNow, Intune, MECM, Azure AD/Entra ID.
Familiarity with APIs, JSON, workflow automation, and integration monitoring.
Experience in digital workplace transformation / employee experience programs.
