Key Responsibilities
Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent service.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Monitor inventory, food cost, wastage, and stock replenishment.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
Drive local store marketing initiatives to increase sales and footfall.
Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily financial reporting.
Ensure outlet maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Coordinate with support functions such as HR, Purchase,



Marketing, and Operations.

Requirements
Minimum Graduate (QSR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE COMPULSORY).
3–5 years of experience in a QSR, café, or restaurant management role.
Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and restaurant KPIs.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage operational challenges.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
