Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls, explaining products or services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Attend inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and the local language (preferred).
Positive listening and convincing skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and qualified telephone etiquette.
Valuable time management and organizational skills.
Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome.
