Handle inbound enquiries received through calls, website, WhatsApp, and office walk-ins.
Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective leads for course counselling and admissions.
Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.
Manage detailed admission counselling.
Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, reminders, and feedback calls.
Share course details, brochures, fee structure, and payment links with interested candidates.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding, and batch allocation.
Achieve assigned sales and admission targets.
Command over Hindi, Marathi & English.
