Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month
Experience: 4–7 years | Multi-Cuisine Restaurant Experience Preferred

We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our multi-cuisine outlet, Kumar Family Restaurant (Kothamangalam) and manage a team of approximately 35 employees.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall restaurant operations and team.
Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards.
Maintain consistent food quality, hygiene and presentation.
Manage staff scheduling, discipline, training and performance.
Monitor sales, wastage, inventory and operational costs.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Coordinate between kitchen, service, billing, housekeeping and maintenance.
Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained and runs smoothly.
Report key operational issues and performance to management.

We’re Looking For

A responsible, energetic and hands-on leader with solid people-management and communication skills who can take ownership of the outlet and solve day-to-day problems independently.
