Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with 0-6months of experience in B2B/IT sales who can manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
Handle inbound & outbound leads efficiently
Conduct client meetings, calls, and product demos
Present ERP & IT solutions based on client requirements
Manage the complete sales cycle and close deals
Achieve assigned revenue targets
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Skills Required:
0-6months of experience in Business Development / Sales
Solid communication & negotiation skills
Lead generation & client handling ability
Result-oriented mindset
Basic technical understanding
MS Office proficiency
