Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver music lessons in line with the school curriculum and CBSE guidelines.
Teach theory, vocal, and instrumental music (as per student level and school requirements).
Encourage creativity, self-expression, and appreciation of music among students.
Prepare students for school events, assemblies, cultural programs, and competitions.
Identify and nurture individual musical talent and provide extra support where needed.
Organize and lead choir, orchestra, or band rehearsals.
Maintain discipline, classroom management, and a positive learning workplace.
Assess student performance through class participation, assignments, and examinations.
Integrate contemporary teaching techniques and use of digital tools in music education.
Collaborate with other teachers to integrate music into interdisciplinary projects.
Manage school music resources, instruments, and equipment responsibly.
