Job Description: TECHNICAL TELE-SALES EXECUTIVE for Water Treatment Project.

A Technical Tele-Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products or services over the phone. They play a critical role in generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. This role demands excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Sales Generation:
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Lead Management:
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
Sales Reporting:




Record call outcomes and sales performance metrics for review.
Provide regular feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends.

Key Qualifications
Education:

Graduates or Non-Graduates with good communication skills can apply
Experience:

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
Should be good in English, Hindi, Kannada or other regional languages.
