Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production of rubber diaphragms.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
Monitor rubber moulding, pressing, curing, trimming and finishing processes.
Handle production operators and allocate work as per requirements.
Ensure product quality and minimize rejection and wastage.
Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
Maintain daily production reports, manpower records and material usage.
Ensure proper machine utilization and smooth shop-floor operations.
Follow safety, quality and standard operating procedures.

Candidate Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in the Rubber, Moulding or Diaphragm Manufacturing Industry.
Knowledge of rubber production processes and moulding operations.
Valuable team-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage production targets and shop-floor activities.
