Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fast Food Chef to handle food preparation and kitchen operations for our Café/QSR. The candidate should be skilled in preparing fast-food items while maintaining consistent taste, quality, presentation, hygiene, and speed of service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare fast-food items such as burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fries, pizzas, pasta, snacks, and other café items.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and food preparation procedures.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
Ensure timely order preparation, especially during peak hours.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
Monitor stock of ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling.
Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.




Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
Coordinate with service staff for smooth order execution.
Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.
Support new menu development and preparation when required.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Fast Food Chef/Cook, preferably in a Café, QSR, or Restaurant.
Hands-on experience in preparing fast-food and café-style items.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Valuable teamwork and time-management skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
