We are looking for a target-oriented and customer-focused Sales Consultant to handle inbound enquiries, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable services, and convert qualified leads into customers. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable company services.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Explain service details, pricing, advantages, procedures, and terms clearly to customers.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.




Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
Maintain accurate customer and lead details in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery after sales.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Monitor pending leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and update the reporting manager on performance.
Maintain valuable product/service knowledge and stay updated on market trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
