We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Data Entry & Data Research Executives. The role involves data collection, online research, data verification, database management, and providing administrative support to the HR team during recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases.
Conduct online research to gather business and candidate information.
Verify data through phone calls, emails, and online sources.
Update, organise, and maintain reports in Excel and Google Sheets.
Support the HR team in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Make verification calls to validate candidate/contact information.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
Assist in generating periodic recruitment and data reports.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Internet Research.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.




Ability to make qualified verification and follow-up calls.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility
Graduate / Undergraduate candidates may apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Comfortable handling telephonic verification and HR coordination tasks.
