Job Title: Accounts Executive

Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad
Reporting To: Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in handling financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP systems
Prepare and manage sales, purchase, and expense entries
Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly
Manage accounts payable & receivable
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers
Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and collections
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits




Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills & Competencies:
Solid knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Busy / other accounting software
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation
Solid MS Excel skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B. Com / M. Com preferred)
Additional certification in accounting/taxation will be an advantage

Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting
Experience in construction/real estate industry will be preferred

Salary:

As per industry standards and candidate experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
