RYDME Fragrance is looking for confident, well-presented and customer-focused Store Staff for our fragrance outlet.

Position

Retail Sales Executive / Store Staff

Candidate Requirements
Valuable personality, grooming and excellent presentation
Confident, smart and well-spoken
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Fluent English communication will be compulsory
Previous experience in retail / store management / sales will be an added advantage
Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, fashion or lifestyle retail will be preferred
Freshers with valuable communication skills and a positive attitude can also apply
Candidates from North-East India, Nepal and international backgrounds are welcome to apply
Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers and representing a premium fragrance brand

Job Responsibilities




Welcome and assist customers at the store
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fragrances
Handle sales and achieve store targets
Maintain product displays and store presentation
Manage day-to-day store operations
Provide a premium and memorable customer experience
