About the Role : We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers who are fluent in both English and Hindi. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining services/products to customers, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
Explain company products/services clearly in English and Hindi.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and call reports.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Maintain a positive and qualified attitude during calls.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken is mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
Valuable listening and convincing skills.
Prior telecalling/customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
