Restaurant Manager – Hayya Shawarma

Hayya Shawarma is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in restaurant operations, inventory, and staff scheduling
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
Manage and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Ensure cleanliness, quality, and food safety standards are maintained
Prepare staff schedules and supervise attendance
Meet sales and operational targets
