Job Summary

Foodale India Private Limited (Big Pitcher) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and statutory compliance. The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS updates.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Accounts team.
Handle statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws.
Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
Coordinate employee confirmations, performance reviews,



and exit formalities.
Generate HR reports and MIS as required by management.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
Positive knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRMS software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Preferred
Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industry.
Knowledge of Keka HRMS or similar HR software will be an added advantage.
