Job Summary:

The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction activities in office, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
Monitor labor productivity and manage workforce efficiently
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Maintain daily progress reports and site records
Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment
Check quality of materials and workmanship
Report project progress to senior engineers/project managers

Required Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
Relevant experience in construction/site supervision
Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
Familiarity with drawings and project plans

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
