Job description
At least 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable and medical billing processes
Knowledge of health insurance and billing regulations, including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
Experience with common medical billing software like Kareo, AdvancedMD, and NextGen
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve payment discrepancies and denials
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Solid communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team workplace
Adaptable with work schedules and able to work occasional weekends if needed
Experience in revenue cycle management or working with commercial health insurance carriers is a plus
