About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills, expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM), and a proven track record of planning and executing successful digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media channels.
Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve website traffic and search rankings.
Coordinate with design and content teams to create marketing assets.




Generate qualified leads through various digital channels.
Analyze website traffic, social media insights, and user engagement metrics.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM).
Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
Content planning and campaign management expertise.
Solid analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B Marketing.
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or related design tools.
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
