Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-oriented Junior Barista to join our team! In this role, you will learn the art of crafting exceptional coffee, deliver outstanding customer service, and help maintain a welcoming, clean cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle cash/POS transactions with a smile.
Drink Preparation: Assist in preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, teas, smoothies) according to our quality standards.
Food & Pastry Service: Serve pastries, sandwiches, and other food items responsibly following food safety guidelines.
Maintain Cleanliness:



Keep the espresso bar, seating area, and service stations clean, sanitized, and stocked throughout the day.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with senior baristas and shift supervisors to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills & Qualifications
A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to stay calm during busy rushes.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred (students welcome!).
Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
