Job Title: Manager – IFRS 17 (Insurance)

Location: Mumbai | Delhi | Bangalore

Role Overview

We are looking for a CA with 5+ years of experience in the Insurance industry to support IFRS/Ind AS implementation, with a primary focus on IFRS 17. The role involves finance transformation, accounting, reporting, and process optimization for insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities
Support IFRS/Ind AS implementation, especially IFRS 17, along with IFRS 9 and IFRS 16.
Conduct gap analysis and design accounting and reporting processes.
Assist in solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), and implementation.
Prepare technical documentation and support finance transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with clients and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills
CA with 5+ years of financial reporting experience in the Insurance industry.
Solid knowledge of IFRS 17, IFRS 9, and IFRS 16.
Experience in finance operations, financial close, and reporting.
IFRS 17 implementation experience is preferred.
Exposure to ETL, reporting, or visualization tools is an advantage.
Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹950,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
