Carnivale is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage staff efficiently in a fast-paced, theme-based dining environment.

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per regulations
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Drive sales and improve overall restaurant performance

Requirements:




Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced workplace
Knowledge of restaurant operations, billing, and inventory systems
