Industry: Laser Marking & Laser Cutting Machines (B2B Machinery)

Telecalling / Lead Generation

Location: Navi Mumbai, Rabale
Call potential customers from leads received through portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Website enquiries, and marketing campaigns.
Explain company products such as Fiber Laser Marking Machines and Laser Cutting Machines.
Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, application, material, and budget.
Schedule product demos, meetings, and site visits for the sales team.
Maintain daily call reports and update lead status in CRM or Excel.
Follow up with hot, warm, and cold leads regularly.
Generate new business prospects through outbound calling.
Maintain solid communication and relationship with prospective clients.

Required Skills
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Ability to handle B2B industrial customers.
Basic understanding of industrial machinery preferred.
Solid follow-up and persuasion skills.

Qualification
Graduate / Diploma (Preferred: Marketing, Commerce, Engineering)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
