Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US telecom customers.
Promote telecom products and services through effective sales conversations.
Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process, Customer Service, or Sales.
Excellent English communication skills.
Robust customer-handling and sales skills.
Comfortable working in a US Night Shift setting.
