Position: Tele calling Executive

Location : Cochin (Kochi)

Experience: 1–3 Year

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
Follow up on inquiries and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Explain company products and services to potential customers.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/software.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
Robust persuasion and customer relationship skills.

Salary & Advantages:
₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
