Scope of work and responsibilities:
Laboratory Coordination:
Manage activities in the Laboratory.
Ensure the effective operation of equipment including GC, Viscometers, HPLC, GPC etc.
Coordinate with the laboratory and plant to conduct necessary tests for research initiatives.
Play an active role in the development and optimization of product development
Technical Expertise:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of , polymers, and material science.
Utilize analytical instruments for testing and analysis; additional knowledge of other analytical instruments is welcome
Reporting and Planning:
Prepare comprehensive reports on testing activities and R&D;
Work closely with the planning and production teams to plan and implement testing schedules
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to achieve goals.
Communicate effectively with laboratory personnel and plant staff.
