Tourist / Business Visa Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities
Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails
Coordinate with Clients and maintain detailed and accurate records
Handle Customer queries timely
Handling and Providing Counselling and advise the client according to education, experience
Suggest documents suited to client's profile
Convert Visa leads into Sales
Maximizing Conversion ratio
Preparing forms and data wherever required
Visiting Embassies and VFS for getting the Visa done, if required
Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
Update Country Documents List on time-to-time basis

Requirements
Positive command on oral and written communication




Candidate should have global Visa Knowledge and frequently update on Visa Processes of different countries
Candidate should have online / offline knowledge of visa application
Candidate should be confident & Decision making personality
Target oriented & self-motivated
Should have experience of Study Visa/PR Visa/ Tourist visa
Should be able to communicate in English

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
