JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed pre-tender cost estimates and budgets for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems based on drawings and specifications.
Quantity Take-offs: Accurately measure and quantify MEP materials and components using tools like CostX, or AutoCAD.
Billing & Certification: Prepare and review contractor RA (Running Account) bills, verify work progress, and process final account settlements.
Tendering & Procurement: Compile tender documents, evaluate vendor bids, and assist in contract negotiations for MEP packages.
Cost Control & Variation Management: Monitor project expenditures against the budget, manage variations (change orders), and prepare monthly financial status reports.
Value Engineering:
Identify cost-saving prospects by recommending alternative materials or design methods without compromising quality.
Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringProjects
:- Hotel or commercial buildings projects are mandatory.
Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
