About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution
Provide product/service information and guide customers effectively
Build positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction




Follow company processes and maintain service quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in customer service/support roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a rapid-paced workplace
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Positive attitude and customer-first approach

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, IT, or product-based companies is a plus
Graduate in any discipline

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
