Job Overview

GKMT IT is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Management Executive to manage and support e-commerce accounts across online marketplaces.

This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, and online business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities of e-commerce marketplace accounts.
Create, update, and maintain product listings.
Monitor orders, inventory, pricing, and product information.
Coordinate with internal teams for order and customer-related issues.
Monitor account performance and marketplace metrics.
Identify and report listing, pricing, inventory, or account-related issues.
Assist with marketplace promotions, offers, and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records and regular reports.
Stay updated with marketplace policies, requirements, and best practices.
Support overall growth and smooth operation of e-commerce accounts.





Requirements
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Positive attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt to current e-commerce platforms and tools.
Candidates from Jaipur are preferred.
