Job Summary

Janan Wellness is looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Business Development Executive to promote our Pre-Pregnancy and Pregnancy Wellness Program. The role involves visiting partner clinics, interacting with women who are planning pregnancy or are expecting, explaining the perks of our holistic wellness program, and helping them enroll.

Our program focuses on Yoga, Meditation, Music Therapy, Lifestyle Management, Nutrition Guidance, and Overall Pregnancy Wellness to support a healthy pregnancy journey.

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned clinics and hospitals regularly.
Educate patients about Janan Wellness' Pre-Pregnancy and Pregnancy Wellness Program.
Counsel and enroll eligible patients into the program.
Explain the benefits of Yoga, Meditation, Music Therapy, Lifestyle Management, and other wellness services.
Follow up with interested patients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Build positive relationships with doctors, clinic staff,



and patients.
Maintain daily records of patient interactions and enrolments.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, counselling, or healthcare.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Solid interpersonal skills with a caring and positive attitude.
Willingness to travel to partner clinics and hospitals across Pune.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
