Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our retail textile operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions such as sales executives, floor managers, and branch staff, ensuring timely and quality hiring to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail store and corporate roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
Manage walk-in drives and bulk hiring campaigns
Job Posting & Employer Branding
Create and publish job postings on various platforms
Promote job openings through social media and local channels
Build a strong employer brand in the retail job market
Candidate Coordination
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process




Manage offer roll-out and joining formalities
Recruitment Planning & Reporting
Coordinate with store managers to understand manpower requirements
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Onboarding Support
Assist in onboarding recent hires
Ensure proper documentation and joining formalities
Coordinate induction programs for new employees

Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Good sourcing and networking abilities
Ability to handle bulk hiring and multiple roles
Time management and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR or any relevant degree
Experience in retail recruitment is preferred

Preferred Attributes
Experience in textile or fashion retail hiring
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven workplace

Pay: ₹9,351.50 - ₹30,943.26 per month
