We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts.
Duties
Develop CNC programs using CAM programming software
Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts
Perform quality checks using tools such as calipers and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
Collaborate with engineers to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Utilize knowledge of electrical discharge machining (EDM) for specific projects
Apply mechanical knowledge to ensure proper machine operation
Implement Lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes
Requirements
Experience with CAM programming for CNC machines
Robust understanding of CNC operations and tooling
Knowledge of machining processes and materials
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
