We have chance for Lab Technician who have good experience of Gauges and calibration.
Metrology lab inspection (handling all accurate machines) and Gauge & Instrument calibration
In depth knowledge of all metrology equipment like CMM, Contour machine, surface roughness, roundness machine, Trimos, Millipore equipment etc.
Hands on basic instruments like vernier, micrometre, bore gauges etc.
Gauge planning of NPDs and gauge procurement from mfg. supplier.
Drawing reading & knowledge of GD&T;.
Calibration activity of all instruments, gauges.
ISIR of inhouse machined components, supplier parts and provide timely feedback.
Set up approval / in process inspection and report preparation.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
