Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Executive who can identify relevant business prospects, conduct targeted outreach, and generate qualified leads and meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential B2B prospects and decision-makers.
Use Apollo, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp for prospect outreach.
Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Use AI tools to improve prospect research, personalization, and outreach.
Follow up systematically with prospects through multiple channels.
Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and potential.
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
Maintain lead databases and track outreach activities.




Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in lead generation, B2B outreach, or inside sales.
Hands-on experience with Apollo and LinkedIn outreach.
Knowledge of cold emailing and WhatsApp marketing.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of CRM and lead management.
Comfortable using AI tools for sales prospecting and outreach.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary: ₹15K – ₹30K/month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
