Job Description: Analyst – Record to Report (R2R)

Skillsets
Good knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including General Ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
Aware of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Experience in supporting and coordinating internal and external audits.
Good understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and internal control frameworks.
Ability to analyze financial data, identify variances, and ensure reporting accuracy.
Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities
Perform R2R activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial reporting processes.
Perform and review month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.




Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and general ledger transactions.
Maintain GL reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
Maintain intercompany reconciliations and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve differences.
Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting requirements.
Support process improvements and standardization initiatives within the R2R function.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial close and reporting processes.
Support in preparing management reports and financial analysis

Qualification
Qualified CA
Robust understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
