Regardless of your role, all biochemists wear the necessary safety equipment and ensure the lab is contamination-free. You also adhere to the work practices and protocols an organisation has in place regarding security, safety and operating procedures in the lab.

Develop and implement departmental strategies aligning with organizational goals to enhance laboratory efficiency and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality control protocols, and best practices in laboratory operations.
Oversee the development and validation of new assays and diagnostic tests to expand the laboratory's capabilities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate clinical biochemistry services within patient care pathways.
Manage departmental budgets, resources, and capital expenditures to optimize financial performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, advocating for innovation and continuous improvement in clinical biochemistry practices.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
