Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC)
3 years of relevant HVAC site experience is typically preferred
Solid experience in HVAC installation, testing & commissioning, service and maintenance
Positive knowledge of Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, Package AC, pumps, cooling towers and ventilation systems
Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, shop drawings, schematics and layouts
Experience in site supervision, manpower planning, material coordination and subcontractor management
Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, material requirements and project documentation
Good client coordination and site reporting skills
Knowledge of HSE/safety requirements and quality standards
