Key Responsibilities
Communicate with buyers regarding orders, samples, and production updates.
Prepare and follow up on costing, quotations, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with departments such as sampling, sourcing, production, quality, and shipping.
Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
Track fabric and trim availability.
Follow up on sample development and buyer approvals.
Ensure products meet buyer quality and specification requirements.
Resolve production issues by coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain order records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Business, or a related field.
Experience in garment merchandising is preferred.




Fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles.

Skills Required
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
Ability to plan and coordinate multiple orders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
Basic understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
English communication skills are an advantage when dealing with international buyers.
