Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
Understand students’ educational and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Handle course enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain student enquiry and admission records.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and counselling abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of professional/technical courses is an advantage.
