Job Summary

Tattvam Ventures is looking for an experienced QS Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, cost control, contractor billing, rate analysis, and commercial coordination to ensure effective project cost management.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis.
Verify contractor/subcontractor bills and site measurements.
Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and quantities.
Prepare comparative statements, work orders, and cost reports.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Vendors, and Accounts.
Verify completed works and quantities through regular site visits.
Maintain proper records of BOQs, measurements, bills, and project costs.




Support cost control and vendor/contractor negotiations.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
5–6 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, costing, and rate analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Positive knowledge of construction drawings and site measurements.
Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
