Electrical Maintenance
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in production machines and utility equipment.
Maintain motors, drives, control panels, and electrical circuits.
Replace defective electrical components, switches, contactors, relays, and cables.

Machine & Equipment Support
Support AHU production line machinery and tools.
Ensure proper functioning of welding machines, drilling machines, bending machines, and assembly equipment.
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.

Panel & Wiring Work
Carry out electrical wiring as per drawings and standards.
Install and maintain control panels, MCC panels, and distribution boards.
Check electrical connections and cable terminations.

Safety & Compliance
Follow electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Ensure compliance with factory safety regulations.
Maintain housekeeping in the work area.
Report unsafe conditions immediately.

Documentation
Record maintenance activities and breakdown reports.




Maintain spare parts and electrical inventory records.
Assist in preparing maintenance logs and checklists.

Required Qualifications
ITI Electrician (NCVT/SCVT) certification.
Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
Understanding of electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Skills Required
Electrical troubleshooting.
Motor and control panel maintenance.
Knowledge of MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, timers, and sensors.
Use of multimeter, clamp meter, and electrical tools.
Preventive maintenance practices.
Teamwork and communication skills.

Experience
Fresher to 3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
Experience in HVAC/AHU manufacturing industry preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
