Job Title: Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance
Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, preparing financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the organization's day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare vouchers and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation.
Prepare GST/TDS-related documentation (as applicable).
Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Process employee reimbursements and petty cash.
Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, banks,



and government authorities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.
M.Com/MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Freshers with solid accounting knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Positive analytical and numerical skills.
Solid communication and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF & ESI knowledge.
Payroll processing experience.
Audit support experience.

Salary
As per company standards and experience.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
