Experience: 1+ Year (International Travel / Airline / OTA)

Role Overview

Handle end-to-end international flight bookings with accuracy and speed. Ideal for candidates with solid understanding of global travel operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds
Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat
Work on multi-sector and complex itineraries
Guide customers on fares, baggage, visa transit, and airline policies
Coordinate with airlines and consolidators
Maintain CRM records and meet SLAs

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year experience in International Travel / Airline / OTA




Robust knowledge of fare rules, ticketing, and reissues
Positive communication skills (spoken & written English)
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
Comfortable with rotational & night shifts

Preferred Profile
Experience with US, UK, or Canada markets
Knowledge of consolidator and net fares
Strong problem-solving approach
