Responsible for day-to-day production planning and execution of resin manufacturing, including production reporting and manpower management.
Handle batch production and unit operations for various resin systems used as binders for versatile printing inks.
Ensure production activities comply with health, safety and environmental guidelines to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
Supervise and guide production operators, junior staff and workmen.
Conduct trial batches, process optimization and scale-up activities to improve production efficiency, quality and yield.
Prepare daily material requirement plans based on the production schedule and ensure timely availability of raw materials to avoid production delays.
Implement and maintain SOPs, Quality Management Systems, ISO and 5S practices across production operations.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, process parameters, quality standards and safety procedures by production personnel.
Coordinate with the R&D; team for current resin development, trial batches and process validation.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
