Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a positive and skilled attitude during all customer interactions.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain proper call records.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as assigned.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate.
Solid grasping and learning ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Confident and comfortable handling customer interactions over phone calls.
Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.

Active listening and convincing ability.
Customer-focused approach.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications is preferred.

9.30AM - 6.00 PM

Monday - Saturday

3rd Saturday Off

Pay: ₹8,519.27 - ₹15,000.00 per month
