About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Consultant Physiotherapist to provide patient care in our outpatient department (OPD). You'll independently manage complex and wide-ranging caseloads, and act as a key clinical expert bridging patient care with the broader medical team.
Key Responsibilities
Independently assess, diagnose, and manage complex cases across orthopedic, sports, geriatric, and post-surgical rehabilitation
Design advanced, evidence-based treatment protocols and oversee their execution
Liaise directly with consultant physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and neurologists for integrated treatment planning
Review and audit treatment outcomes to ensure quality and evidence-based practice standards
Lead patient and caregiver education on rehabilitation goals, home programs, and long-term management
Maintain thorough clinical documentation and case records
Stay updated on advanced physiotherapy techniques, research, and continuing education
Requirements
BPT/MPT (specialization preferred) from a recognized institution
Valid state physiotherapy council registration
Minimum [2+] years of clinical experience, including independent case management in an OPD setting
Solid expertise in manual therapy, advanced electrotherapy, and specialized rehabilitation protocols
Proven ability to manage complex, high-acuity, and diverse caseloads
